Burrito Banderas

Large flour tortilla filled with steak, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, pineapple, and rice. Covered 1/3 queso, 1/3 salsa verde, 1/3 ranchero (hat) sauce. Served with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole.
